Before this site existed, prospective purchasers of million-dollar and multi-million-dollar properties had no easy way of determining which real estate professionals really specialized in serving the needs of high-end clients.

Internet search engines, in theory, should help people who type the name Miami or Coral Gables or Key Biscayne together with words like "luxury" or "oceanfront estate" find the local real estate brokerages that list that type of property.
